As part of our response to suspending our large all-church gathering for worship during our intentional commitment to care for our neighbors and city during the Covid-19 outbreak, we are posting an interactive worship service online. Before you begin worship, we’d invite you to take a look at the resources below and determine how your group can share in leading one another into worship this Sunday.

Tithes & Offerings
Follow the link below to sign in to give online. Remember that our tithes and offerings are a continued act of worship and are a physical act of entrusting all of our lives to Jesus. Our Lenten Giving to Amirah can also be done through this same link (please remember that we would encourage you that our Lenten Giving is only above and beyond our regular tithes and offerings)
Worship in Song
We apologize for the ads… but we invite you to either sing along at the top of your voice, or to reflect on the words of these worship songs in prayer as they play.
Sermon
Click on the video below to watch the sermon for this week. This week, we’re studying Luke 23:39-43 as we continue in our series on the 7 Words of Jesus from the cross. (27:44)
Going Deeper
Which comes more naturally for you: doing things for Jesus, or spending time with Jesus? Can you think of examples of how this plays out in your life? Why do you think this is?
With this offer of fellowship with God being extended to us, what keeps you from embracing a relationship with God more fully?
What are some of the most meaningful ways you’ve found to enjoy the presence of Jesus in your life? Share these in your journal or among the group you’re gathered with.
What is one concrete way you can take a step closer to Jesus this week, embracing fellowship with God?
Spend some time in prayer even now, simply recognizing God’s presence, delighting in him, and asking for his help to enjoy this fellowship that He offers.
Community Updates
Share with one another the needs, challenges, and joys that you, your family, your neighbors, and your workplaces are going through during this time. Here you have an opportunity to post a video, photo, or selfie from different groups and families to share with one another
Prayer
Take this opportunity to lift up your voices to God. Use the A.C.T.S. prayer. guide as tool if you’d like.
Benediction
We may be spread out all over the North Shore, but that doesn’t stop the people of God from gathering! And even as we gather “virtually,” we proclaim that Jesus, the Son of God, came to this earth to open for us renewed FELLOWSHIP with our God.
“We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you may have fellowship with us. And our FELLOWSHIP is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ.” (1 John 1:3)
May our joy be complete as we enjoy His presence with us.
